Here, the 18th century is everywhere. From the Abbaye des Prémontrés to the royal Place Stanislas, the Château des Lumières at Lunéville to the National Stud at Rosières-aux-Salines, and so on. So many exceptional historical sites, classed as UNESCO world heritage sites.

The Ecole de Nancy was founded here, spearhead of the Art Nouveau movement in France.
