The Blue Way (The Lyon-Luxembourg line, following the Moselle and Saône rivers) crosses the department from North to South. V52 (Paris-Strasbourg), guided by the Marne-Rhine canal, runs along an East-West axis. The Moselle River Loop, which blends urban and rural landscapes around Nancy, is a circuit of 90 km which ensures the interconnection between the two main axes.
On foot , the legendary GR5 and our forest trails offer hikers an immersion in the heart of wide open spaces.

The route along the Moselle and Saône rivers, voted "Cycling Route of the Year 2026", crosses the department from North to South (from Arnaville to Gripport) discovering in particular Pont-à-Mousson and Nancy.
