The Jardin du Michel, or JDM for those in the know, is a festival of contemporary music that has been making the Toulois vibrate since 2005. Today it is one of the major festivals in Meurthe-et-Moselle.
Every year between the end of May and the beginning of June, the small village of Bulligny vibrates to the rhythm of contemporary music.
On two stages, numerous internationally renowned artists and regional talents offer music in a variety of styles, ranging from rock to electro, including reggae, hip hop, and French chanson.

This event is organized by the Société Coopérative d'Intérêt Collectif (SCIC) Turbul'lance. It is a collaborative and human project to promote and energize the Toulois territory.
Throughout the year, "Le Michel's Crew" develops numerous projects: the Tremplin du Michel, a musical springboard for regional groups; Le Jardin des Mômes, an event aimed at young audiences; and concert evenings, the Offs.
