Since 2011, Brasserie Grenaille has been committed to brewing vibrant, artisanal beers on a small scale near Nancy. All Grenaille beers are brewed on-site in Rosières-aux-Salines, using traditional, handcrafted methods. These are top-fermented, unfiltered, unpasteurized beers that undergo secondary fermentation in the bottle or keg. They are produced under the "Nature & Progrès" label. Grenaille beer production adheres to a set of specifications that incorporates a comprehensive and socially responsible approach to ecology. Malts and hops are selected for their quality and origin (sourced from organic farming and as locally as possible). The brewery offers a monthly program of events through its cultural beer garden: pop-up and gourmet food, shows, concerts, and literary, musical, and festive evenings.
