For a fun outing with family or friends, explore one of the four hiking trails in Baccarat, certified by the Vosges Club. Details: Map: IGN 3516 E, Trail markers: green ring throughout, Distance: 3.5 km, Walking time: 1 hour, Notes: easy walk. Points of interest: The rose garden. Description: From the social housing complex on Rue de Glonville, take the path on the left that climbs up to the road at point 316 on the map. Continue to the right, passing a house (the old windmill farmhouse). Leave the road at the bend and continue straight ahead along a wide path, always following the green ring markers. Then walk alongside the ponds to the wastewater treatment plant. Turn left to enter the rose garden and reach the town hall.
