Salty pleasures

Everyone knows the Quiche Lorraine, but did you know that it already existed in the 16th century?

Its name comes from the German "Kuchen" and means "cake". At the time, it was Stanislas's cooks who made it.

The recipes are passed down from generation to generation and its reputation is well established, just like the famous Lorraine pâtés or queen bites which were created in Lunéville castle by the daughter of King Stanislaus, Marie Leszczyńska.
