The label
It contributes to better meet the needs of people with disabilities, whatever the disability: motor, visual, hearing and mental, in order to allow everyone to choose their vacations and leisure activities in complete freedom.
The structures eligible for the label are tourism professionals and players carrying out an activity aimed at tourist customers, in particular:
- tourist accommodation providers
- tourist offices
- visiting and leisure sites
- places to eat
In addition to being compliant with the regulatory requirements of your business, you must meet all mandatory criteria of the standard for each disability family for which the label is requested and obtain a result of at least 75% of the criteria for comfort of use. The criteria must be met for at least two of the four families of disability.
