Family farm located in Leintrey (10 minutes from Lunéville and 35 minutes from Nancy). Xavier, Gaël and Éric Fagnot raise sheep, pigs and Montbéliarde cattle. The animals are fed on cereals, grass and fodder from the farm. The farm is equipped with a workshop approved by the veterinary services for cutting meat and preparing charcuterie. The specialty: Lorraine sausage smoked over a wood fire.
