Priory Park

A center of Renaissance and Classicism, the Cons-la-Grandville Historic Site is a treasure trove of Lorraine's architectural heritage. The castle, priory complex, blast furnace, park, and former gardens form a major monumental and plant-filled ensemble in the heart of the Greater Region, a testament to a family legacy spanning more than nine centuries. Still visible today are the castle's main courtyard, the monastic courtyard, and the priory's terraced gardens, and especially the 19th-century romantic park adorned with rare species. It constitutes a haven of peace nestled in a loop of the river.
