For over 30 years, the Nancyphonies Festival has been showcasing classical music in the Grand Est region of France in a friendly and accessible atmosphere. Each edition features a rich program of concerts and public masterclasses, bringing together promising young talents and internationally renowned artists to offer audiences exceptional musical experiences. Encouraged in its early days by artists such as Henryk Szeryng, György Cziffra, and Riccardo Chailly, the Aïghetta Quartet has been captivating diverse European audiences for over thirty years, performing in prestigious concert halls and festivals and undertaking numerous tours in France, Germany, England, Italy, Hungary, Spain, Portugal, Finland, Switzerland, Poland, Belgium, Austria, and Slovenia. The quartet has also performed at the Brussels Guitar Festival. The Aighetta Quartet, drawing on its extensive musical experience, presents a highly original program ranging from classical to modern music, exploring styles such as Flamenco, jazz, and world music, with original compositions and transcriptions of classical pieces.
