It is in Saizerais, a small Lorraine village located on the Haye plateau between Nancy, Toul, and Pont-à-Mousson, that you will find Sylvie Taton's processing workshop. She works with respect and passion, drawing on a know-how inherited from a long tradition of artisans. Our products will allow you to rediscover the taste sensations of authentic products. The ducks arrive in Saizerais after 14 days of force-feeding with whole corn, ready to be processed. On the farm, we raise poultry such as chickens, roosters, and guinea fowl, free-range and fed with grains grown on the property. At Christmas, you can also find turkeys/capons and pullets, which it is wise to reserve well in advance to serve them on your holiday table!
