We offer a range of original wines, prioritizing the natural cultivation of our terroirs: the clay-limestone soils of the first slopes of Lorraine and the hillsides of the Vezouze valley. To achieve this, we cultivate disease-resistant vines without chemical treatments, thus preserving the quality of our grapes and our environment. These grape varieties, most of which have been forgotten, are harvested by hand, before producing wines with typical and sometimes surprising structures and aromas. Furthermore, these vines are planted on their own roots, without grafting, allowing for a direct connection with their terroir. While wine is built "in the vineyard," it is "in the cellar" that it matures. Here, this happens in oak barrels, giving our wines the aging process that allows them to reveal their individual personalities. Visits by appointment only.
